This is a young rooster that just started his breeding season so the comb will flush with hormones causing a red tint. Once the rooster is removed from the breeding area the comb returns to dark black. The rooster and hen meet 100% of the APA guidelines for Ayam Cemani. There are not imperfections in our breeders.
